Because our products are delivered instantly in digital format (downloadable files, streams, or templates), our refund and return policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital Products (General Policy)

  • No Physical Returns: All products are digital and cannot be returned once downloaded.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances (see below).
  • License Nature: Purchases grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product as outlined.

Eligible Refund Situations

We offer refunds if:

  1. Technical Issues Prevent Access: If you cannot download, open, or use the product due to verified technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
  2. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times under the same account.
  3. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received the wrong file or package.
  4. Misrepresentation: If the product delivered does not match its description or promotional details (case-by-case review).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You do not have the technical ability (software/hardware) to use the file, and the product description clearly specified requirements.
  • You expected features not mentioned in the product description.
  • The product has already been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of proven technical failure.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Screenshots or error logs (if technical)
  3. Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

  • In rare cases where the wrong file or product version is delivered, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.

Processing Refunds

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
